The Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation is pleased to announce the recipients of the Fall 2025 “What If” grants.  Grant proposals were evaluated by the Neighborhood Investment Committee, a group of volunteers composed of residents of Rensselaer County. The Committee selected 6 projects to fund, totaling $25,000.
