Priorities
The Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation focuses its giving in the following program areas:

• Community Development - programs or initiatives that provide vital human services, access to safe and affordable housing, or economic stimulus for our communities. Approximately 45% of the Foundation’s grantmaking is devoted to community development programs.

• Youth Development - programs that encourage our youth to reach their full potential and develop needed skills for the workforce of tomorrow. Approximately 30% of the Foundation’s grantmaking is devoted to youth development programs.

• Arts & Culture - artistic and cultural initiatives that enrich our communities, with special consideration given to those that provide access to the arts for financially disadvantaged youth. Approximately 25% of the Foundation’s grantmaking is devoted to arts & culture programs.
