| Grant awards totaling $43,000 awarded to community and youth development organizations |

TROY -- The Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation announced today that it recently made grant awards totaling $43,000 to six community organizations. Grants made by the Foundation include the following:
· Funding of $5,000 to St. Anne Institute for the renovation of Eudes Hall, a residential living unit on the St. Anne’s campus in Albany.
· Funding of $10,000 to Community Maternity Services for the renovations at the Farano Center for Children, a residential facility for children with mental health issues resulting from child abuse, maltreatment or neglect.
· Funding of $5,000 to the American Red Cross Adirondack/Saratoga Chapter for the purchase and installation of a new telephone system at their office in Glens Falls.
· Funding of $5,000 to Athens Cultural Arts Center for the façade restoration of the Arts Center building.
· Funding of $15,000 to the FOCUS Food Pantry for the construction costs to relocate and renovate the food pantry in Albany.
· Funding of $3,000 to Franklin Community Center for the repairs to the plumbing at Franklin Community Manor, which offers permanent, safe and affordable housing for low-income residents of Saratoga County.
The Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation was established in 1999 to provide financial support to not-for-profit organizations in Albany, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren, and Washington counties.
